MainPower requires the Connection Application Form provided below to be filled in by an electrician, builder or customer as appropriate in all instances where a connection to the distribution system is required in order to deliver electricity to a consumer.

The form can be filled in online and submitted with electronically attached plans however if you prefer to print the form out, fill it in and fax or deliver it with attached plans then click here for a printable version.

Electricians-please review this information relating to important requirements when applying for connections to our distribution system which should provide some assistance with the connection process.
